What to write about
Corrections. If a score, price, specification, or expert attribution is wrong, send it to corrections@smarthomeexplorer.com. Include the page URL and the claim that needs fixing. Corrections are read first and are handled under the published correction policy.
Product questions. Ask about a pick, a score, or an expert source we may have missed. Our scores come from published expert testing rather than our own lab, so questions about how a rating was reached are answered from the methodology.
Partnership and sponsorship inquiries. Sponsored placements are labeled and kept out of rankings and scores. The terms are set out on the affiliate disclosure page.
Press. Questions about the site, its scoring method, or its editorial standards go to the same address.
When to expect a reply
Every email is read. Corrections are worked before anything else, and a verified factual error is fixed as soon as it is confirmed rather than at the next scheduled refresh.
